The Sacred Self Collective is a space for women reclaiming themselves through life's biggest transitions: divorce, grief, loss, and everything in between.

You Are Not Too Late.

Welcome.

You feel it, don't you? That restlessness. The sense that time is slipping by while you're still waiting for permission to live the life you actually want.

Maybe you're reliving moments from your past more than you'd like to admit. Maybe your body carries the tension of staying somewhere - a relationship, a routine, a version of yourself, that no longer fits. Maybe you're just tired of settling, even though nothing about your life looks like a crisis from the outside.

You don't need to have it all figured out to begin. You just need a place to start, and like-hearted people who will walk beside you.

That's what the Sacred Self Collective is.

Meet The Founder

I'm Julie, a transformational coach, and what many of my clients call their "Divorce Doula." I know what it means to rebuild a life from the ground up because I've done it myself. My work is grounded in the belief that transformation rarely arrives as one big breakthrough. More often, it's built from small, courageous choices, made again and again, until one day you look up and realize you're someone new.
